Abstract : The talk will discuss the evolution of drug resistance against targeted inhibitors in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and explore how evolutionary models can be used for clinical decision making. In addition, the talk will show how mathematical models can be useful to better understand stem cell-based resistance against chemotherapy in bladder cancer.
